If your Visa Credit Card has been lost or stolen or to report fraud, please call us at (479) 649-2060. After business hours, please call (800) 252-0026.
If your Visa Debit Card has been lost or stolen or you notice fraud on your account, please call us at (479) 649-2060. After business hours, please call 800-417-8715.

Do you withdraw cash at a shared branch? Beginning on May 1, 2025 you will be asked to complete additional ID verification steps for cash withdrawals.
